We enjoyed Brewsters so much we visited on back to back days while in Fairbanks. Our UBER driver suggested Brewsters and recommended the halibut pieces. They were crispy and fluffy and light. Sooo scrumptious. When we returned the following day we had the best waiter in Russell who was so attentive and eager to help. He recommended the steak bits and Pepper Jam burger and both were spot on recommendations. My husband had the clam chowder both days and loved it. I had the chili on day one and can positively recommend. There was no wait either day though it is a hopping place!

This is very good restaurant and at very reachable location in Fairbanks. We were in the city and quickly wanted to have lunch. Found this place on maps and went there. Staff is very polite and helpful. We had Halibut Fish Tacos with salad, Halibut fish and chips, wrap, chicken sandwich and some peach guava flavor house brewed beer which was delicious.

Portion was great, only one of us finished the entree after appetizer. We celebrated our friends bday here, service is slow but good, would visit later for their huge sandwiches!! My mouth is watering for those juicy patties.

This place had a nice menu and the food was great. I had the French dip , my wife had a burger which was amazing and then we had the southwest eggs rolls. We set at the bar because this place was full and when we left there was a line waiting to get in. So make sure you get there early if you want a seat. The bartender was good,, he was attentive and checked back on us for more drinks or if we needed anything multiple times. We would recommend this place if in town

First time at Brewsters Northgate and we really enjoyed our meal. Everything was served quickly and exactly as we ordered it. I do think some of the menu items are priced a bit unreasonably. My husband got a double portion of halibut but for instance the single serving is $18.99- if you look at our receipt my daughter got a simple chicken quesadilla for $17.49- no sides with it just a tortilla, a few bits of chicken and some cheese for almost the same price as halibut. I got a grilled chicken sandwich for almost $18 also. It just seems odd to price a quesadilla so extremely high in comparison to more of a specialty item like halibut. Also, the kids meals advertise in the menu to add a drink for $1.50 yet they charge $2.99 on the receipt. We didn’t have time to mess with the server about that but it is something to be aware of when you go. Our server was fantastic and very polite and prompt so zero issues there! Also- the raspberry sauce on the chicken sandwich was fantastic! Really enjoyed that unique flavor pairing! Overall we really enjoyed our meal, but the price was pretty steep for an early dinner and I’ll definitely need to steer my child away from the $18 quesadilla next time haha.

Their Steak Bits with mushrooms were finger-lickin’ good! Also had their Southwest Eggrolls, Cheese Quesadilla for the kids with a Chocolate Milkshake, Alaskan Deep Fried Halibut. Everything turned out really good and our waitress was so happy and pleasant, thank you! ☺️

Very nice and cozy restaurant! The atmosphere was fun, service was great and the food was incredible! We ate at Brewster's for our first night in Fairbanks because it was recommended by many people, they did not disappoint! We both got the jalapeno burger with waffle fries, spicy and very tasty! Will definitely go back one more time before our trip comes to an end!
